西门子医疗完成收购瓦里安, 强化在医疗健康领域的全方位合作伙伴地位

2021年4月15日,德国,埃尔朗根——西门子医疗(法兰克福证交所代码:SHL)今天宣布,已顺利完成对瓦里安医疗系统公司的收购。收购交易此前于2020年8月2日披露。

西门子医疗监事会主席Ralf P. Thomas教授表示:“瓦里安加入之后,西门子医疗将拥有医疗科技领域最全面的产品组合,有望给公司带来巨大的价值创造潜力。凭借高度一体化的经营策略,西门子医疗将把全球抗癌事业提升到全新的高度。”
