瓦里安医疗宣布CEO继任计划

总裁兼首席运营官陶克瑞 (Chris Toth) 将领导瓦里安加入西门子医疗
首席执行官魏思韬 (Dow Wilson) 将退休,将担任合并后公司的特别顾问

加利福尼亚州帕罗奥图市, 2021年3月2日—瓦里安医疗 (NYSE: VAR) 宣布,瓦里安首席执行官(CEO)魏思韬(Dow Wilson)将在瓦里安与西门子医疗 (Frankfurt: SHL) 合并完成后退休,魏思韬在瓦里安供职已超过16年。瓦里安总裁兼首席运营官陶克瑞(Chris Toth)将接任CEO,在交易完成后带领瓦里安医疗加入西门子医疗,直接向西门子医疗首席执行官孟天齐博士(Dr. Bernd Montag)汇报。

该交易预计将于2021自然年上半年完成,为支持瓦里安与西门子医疗的无缝整合,魏思韬将担任西门子医疗的特别顾问。
