Supporting our regional customers

I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude in the way your team have serviced our centre. As one of the first regional radiotherapy centres in Australia, our greatest concern was the quality of aftermarket service considering the remoteness of our centre. To date I have but only praise for your Service Department, and Varian as a whole, as I cannot fault the efficiency in which our issues have been resolved. Thank you once again and keep up the good work.

Jackson Zifodya, Director Medical Physics, North West Cancer Centre, Tamworth.

The engagement with the Varian team of Hana Tobe, Global Clinical Operations Consultant and Lee-ann D’Souza, Clinical Specialist, yielded several benefits. It reinforced what we are doing in the radiation therapist and physics areas, confirming that we are utilising ARIA efficiently. It has helped other allied health groups identify efficiencies and streamline workflows and practices.
