Varian-Sponsored CT or CBCT Guided Online Adaptive Radiotherapy Clinical Case Reports Publishing Competition Presented by The Cureus Journal of Medical Science

The Cureus Journal of Medical Science is proud to introduce the CT or CBCT Guided Online Adaptive Radiotherapy Clinical Case Reports publishing competition.

Online adaptive radiotherapy is the process of altering a patient’s treatment plan based on anatomy imaged at the time of treatment while the patient is on the treatment table. The current publishing competition is restricted to case reports that illustrate online ART based on daily CT or CBCT images. Authors may submit cases treated with radiotherapy anywhere in the body—reports should focus on unique cases or case series that highlight a significant advantage of online ART, or that show that daily ART allows clinicians to treat more effectively compared to a non-adaptive approach. Competition submissions should clearly illustrate, with images and analyses, advantages of CT/CBCT-guided online ART compared to non-ART treatment.
