Our Volunteer Time-Off Policy (VTO) enables all U.S. employees to support activities that enhance and serve communities in which we live and work. We extend similar giving traditions to other locations and offices around the world.
We give back to the community in several ways throughout the year. Varian sponsors the annual American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk, in which employees join together to raise funds and show support. Each year local offices worldwide hold food, toy, and blood drives to support their communities and help save lives.
