Once you've chosen Argus for your QA program, you will be contacted by an installation specialist who will provide valuable information and help you prepare for installation, and a training curriculum based on your specific requirements will be determined.
Customers with active maintenance and support contracts receive unlimited support via our toll-free hotline or email. Our technical specialists – many of whom are physicists or technologists with clinical experience – are available to walk you through the solution. As an option, your system can be configured to allow our technical specialists to dial in remotely, diagnose problems and offer solutions as well as deliver and help install updates.
We generally release a substantial update at least once per year, with additional minor updates issued as needed. All users with a current Argus support contract receive all updates free of charge.
