All brand new Argus purchases come with a standard 12 month warranty that includes unlimited, toll-free telephone support, email and fax back support, web site resources and product updates. Once the warranty expires, users are encouraged to enroll in an Argus service contract.
Users active on Argus service contracts receive updates to the modules they are licensed for at no additional cost.
Available as an option, remote support enables remote diagnosis of technical problems. This option requires that at least one workstation be configured with an internet connection, and that the customer be willing to provide remote access via Varian’s remote connection tools.
Category A Continuing Education credits may be awarded to users who participate in the Argus training program.. Speak to your Argus Applications Specialist to determine if you will qualify for credits.
