Prerequisites Policy

Several of our classes have prerequisites for attendance. In order to conduct classes with the greatest benefit for all our students, it is essential for students to have common preparatory activities. By asking for specific educational background and/or experience with the machine/system, we ensure that students meet the basic knowledge requirements needed in class. We place a heavy emphasis on prerequisites because it is important to Varian that all our students are satisfied with the classes attended.

Please note: Varian Medical Systems retains the right to cancel any class if the minimum number of student enrollment is not met by the registration deadline. If in the event there is a cancellation of a class, the registered students will be notified by the Course Registrar of the Education Department.
