Worldwide Parts Support

We understand that maximum uptime is vital to your cancer treatment center. When capital equipment unexpectedly needs a part, Varian's Global Logistics Group gets it where it is needed fast. With a 99 percent success rate, shipment of replacement parts are completed the same day as requested. To ensure this rapid response, multiple parts banks are strategically located around the world, helping to guarantee exceptional customer service.

Our Global Parts Warehouse, located in Las Vegas, Nevada, covers an expanse of 14,000 sq. feet (1,300 sq. meters) with more than 80,000 essential parts housed at any given time. From there, parts are quickly distributed around the world – either to customer service engineers or to one a local parts bank for distribution in that region. An additional nine parts banks are located in North America.

The European Central Parts Bank is positioned in Eindhoven, Netherlands with additional parts banks strategically located in Leicester, U.K.; Buc, France; and Manama, Bahrain.

A new facility will be opening in Beijing, China to provide logistical support for our satellite locations in Tokyo, Japan; Singapore; Shanghai, China; and Brisbane, Australia.
