Our exceptional parts planning methodology, coupled with operational excellence, helps ensure that we meet or exceed customer expectations on a daily basis.
To maximize customer service and responsiveness, regional and in-country parts depots are strategically located around the world. Our global parts distribution center and warehouse, located in Las Vegas, Nevada, covers an expanse of 16,000 square feet (1,400 square meters). From this location, parts are primarily distributed to VMS customers, US-based field service engineers, and our extensive global parts depot network. The network includes twelve strategic stocking locations in North America, seven in EMEA, and five in APAC.
The EMEA regional hub, which supports the majority of customer orders in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, is positioned in the south of the Netherlands. We have additional parts depots strategically located close to Paris (FR), Birmingham (GB), Milan (IT), Madrid (ES), Manama (BH) and Mumbai (IN).
Our Asia Pacific regional hub is located in Singapore. To ensure quick delivery for critical parts, we also have in-country parts depots strategically positioned in Tokyo, Beijing, Shanghai, and Sydney.
