The TPS Helpdesk is staffed by expert specialists who provide technical and clinical support for Varian customers. Assistance is available by telephone, via email and through our Web site.
If you call after hours, you will be prompted to leave a message. Please leave your name, phone number (including area code), name of your institution, product serial number, if applicable, and a description of the problem. Someone will return your call. If you are calling and this is a treatment emergency, please call your Service Dispatch office for a more immediate response.
