Radiation Oncology Product Manager

Job Duties:

Conduct Market research and surveys to determine customer needs for new products and enhancements to existing products. Produce business justification for new products including sales forecasts, proposed pricing, positioning, profit forecasts. Specify products through the creation of clear concise product requirements, change requests and use case documents.

Provide feedback of weekly to weekly review of defects found in both software quality and in the field. In particular, provide guidance as to the severity and importance of defects. Provide technical and product expertise to sales managers, sales specialists, customers, engineering, service organization. This includes product demonstrations and customer presentations as well as development of sales tools such as PowerPoint presentations, competitive matrices, authoring white papers etc. Work closely with Customers and clinical specialists to understand and document product improvements Attend major tradeshows as demonstrator and sales meetings to assist the sales effort and gain competitive market information.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent (computer science, business or clinical), and at least 10 years experience in radiotherapy with at least 5 years in a management role with experience of the latest RT techniques and information systems. Computer literate with knowledge on Radiation oncology information systems. Clear communicator in both oral and written communications. Must be very familiar with management and administration functions of radiation oncology clinic’s. Must be highly self motivated, independent thinker, capable of working alone or as part of a team.

Travel Required 50%
