Warranty/Returns
To return a tube for warranty evaluation or repair, please click on the link below and fill out all the required fields. Please also provide any other information you have regarding the tube being returned. Tubes must be shipped prepaid, along with a completed Industrial Tube Service Report form describing the reason for return, operating conditions, installation and removal dates in order to receive warranty consideration.
